Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Not marked as Final Sale
How to start a return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at [email protected] or WhatsApp if you need to make changes.
What sizes do you carry?
Currently we carry size Small (S). We are working on expanding our size range — follow @vibeandgrace2026 on Instagram for announcements.
Are the items true to size?
Yes, all items are true to size unless noted in the product description. If you have any questions about fit, feel free to message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal, processed securely through Stripe.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
